
i found this recipe for baked egg muffins last week and my husband grant and i tried it out over the weekend- it was delicious. not only do they taste wonderful, but they look beautiful (like you worked really hard). personally, i don't care for runny eggs, so if you're like me, bake your muffins for a few minutes longer than the recipe calls for. just make sure you butter the pan really well. this one is definitely sticking around in my recipe stash. find it here.
