I am crazy about cookies. If, in the vast world of dessert, there were only cookies, I would be a happy girl. It's true. Over the years, collecting cookie recipes has become a favorite pastime as i search for the perfect cookie. And this recipe.. well, it quite possibly fits the bill. more on the smithfield blog today!

I made these from teh first time you posted w h en you compared two I think...

I LOVE them! As a wanna-be baker without any baking tools or ingredients (yet) I love that I could make them without flour.

I did buy my first bag of four last week. Baby steps to bread... tiny baby steps.

They sound yummy and I don't even like peanut butter! (Yes, okay, I know that disliking peanut butter basically makes me a heathen, but it's true...)

Oh man. I know exactly what you're talking about. I have this dream of filling an entire recipe book just with cookie recipes and having my family have fond memories of each and every recipe.

I made these today. I don't like peanut butter cookies, but these were tasty. I like them cold from the fridge.

about this blog

Hello, I'm Summer. A people-loving introvert whose hope and life is in Jesus. His promises are my passion and my ministry is homelife. This blog is a place for me to write about everyday things. Especially food. My favorite thing to do is sit around a table, lingering over a long meal with good conversation. I live with my husband and our 2 littles. We like blizzards, thrifting, grammar, guacamole, cheerful hearts, nice manners, good movies, and making simple, real, nutrient-dense food.
