hi guys.. i know i told you that you could expect more camp q&a today. (by the way, thank you for all your wonderful questions!) and apparently, i lied. shame on me. i didn't count on the day being so big and beautiful. it kept me away from the computer completely. which is an absolute delight, even though it meant breaking a promise. forgive me? how about i tell you all about my big day and will keep the camp questionnaire for another day. truce? sweet. let's do this thing.a few hours later, with a bold 3-4 inches off my neck, i found myself feeling a bit like jo march, announcing how 'deliciously light and cool' my new style was. i am loving it. lately i've been living from trim to trim and am pretty sure i haven't had a legit cut in about 2 years. yikes. this chop is precisely what i needed before i go off to camp. it's got all the simplicity of the shoulder-length straightie that defined my elementary school years. only this time around, i know about root lifter and aquage. and there's still enough inches to pull off the ponytail and my brand-new-for-camp bandana. (thank you, thank you, marta!) yay. haley rocks.
