Well, my yard is as tall as it normally is. Unless the grass needs to be cut. Honestly, I don't know what I would do if the snow walls leading up to my front door were as tall or taller than me...

We just had a snow day today… and we only got about 11 or 12" but with the drifts it seems like a lot more… I'm loving it (and so is our dog)!

holy cow, we are having a winter storm right now, but I can't imagine we have that much. But in some places I can imagine it will be drifted that high or higher after this storm

Wow, I am so jealous. It is 42 degrees centigrade today in my part of the world. It looks so beautiful & cosy there. I dream of snow!

about this blog

Hello, I'm Summer. A people-loving introvert whose hope and life is in Jesus. His promises are my passion and my ministry is homelife. This blog is a place for me to write about everyday things. Especially food. My favorite thing to do is sit around a table, lingering over a long meal with good conversation. I live with my husband and our 2 littles. We like blizzards, thrifting, grammar, guacamole, cheerful hearts, nice manners, good movies, and making simple, real, nutrient-dense food.
