yellow-daisies

for Pushing Daisies! it is such a cute show.
a few evenings this week the three of us have been clustered together on the couch in front of it. the humor is really clever and quick. seriously, you have to listen carefully or you will miss the jokes. i also like the Dr. Seuss style narration and the fact that it features a pie shop. not to mention Chuck's more than adorable dresses.

big thanks to my pal Marta for recommending it! it is so fun to have a little date on the couch (the new couch) with Grant while miss Hadley is eating. we've been watching it on thewb.com. isn't it nice that we can do that these days? find a new (old) show online and watch every episode, in order, for free!
what shows are you guys streaming?

Isn't it charming? I hate when good shows get canceled.

I LOVED that show! I was so sad that it was cancelled - the premise was excellent, and I laughed so much. Recently I've been re-watching Friends and I have to say I think it is the funniest show I've ever seen (Modern Family being the second funniest!).

I just, just finished (re)watching the first episode of Pushing Daisies when I read your blog post. It really made me smile. :-) I've also been enjoying Food Network Star online.

I just finished Downton Abbey. It is a PBS Series and I LOVE it. I watched it on Netflix's. It is re-airing in December on PBS. I heard there is going to be a second season.

I've never heard of it! Chances are we don't have it here in Australia :)

Check out Leverage. It kind of a mix between mission impossible and Oceans 11 -- quirky & funny, but with some fun action.
