(oatmeal + peanutbutter + chocolate chips)
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
01. cream first six ingredients.
02. add next four ingredients, then stir in chocolate chips.
03. bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes (do not over bake)
recipe yields 4 dozen cookies.

This cookie recipe combines everything I like about cookies into one single delicious taste explosion! Peanut butter, chocolate, oatmeal...Be still my heart. I am definitely giving these babies a try ASAP.

I just made these and Gideon and I love them! Thanks for posting such a great recipe. I'll let you know what Jud thinks (he is not usually a fan of oatmeal in cookies, but I think these may have just the perfect amount to satisfy my love of oatmeal and yet still fly under the radar for him).
