today i'm guest blogging over at smithfield. come see me and get this yummy tamale pot pie recipe! i threw it together for our lunch on saturday, went out to the gym while it baked, came home and tossed some sour cream and fresh lime juice on top, and ate like a queen. yum. try it sometime!

Did somebody mentions pie? I will definitely follow wherever you go, lol! My kids are loving pies lately, not really sure why. Any kind of pies, I think they are first and foremost interested with the crust, and not really care what's inside, lol! Must be because I let them help around when I'm making the pastry? Probably, lol! As my youngest puts it, 'it's fun and messy'! :)
